Prom season: Hot prom gown trends available in Derbyshire
IT'S almost school prom time for many Derbyshire youngsters, some have already picked up their outfits but if you haven't, there is still time.
Here, Jolieanna Davis, owner of Bedazzled Bridal and Prom Boutique, tells us about trends in prom dress styles in 2015, and an exciting opportunity for year 10 girls who are interested in fashion and fashion buying.
Bedazzled have two stores; in High Street, Alfreton, and in Strand Arcade, Derby.
They are the bridal stockist of designers Alexia and Romantica dresses, pageant and prom dress stockist of Blush, Utopia and Mori Lee frocks and they have hundreds of sale and sample gowns available in their stores.

Jo said: "The Alfreton shop is the main one of the two stores. We have a full catalogue of dresses for brides, bridesmaids, proms and pageants.
"In Derby, we have a lot of pre-loved items, lots of one-off pieces and a lot of bargains as well."
Many prom-goers already have their outfits ready and waiting for the special day but for those who don't, there's likely to be something in one of the Bedazzled stores to suit their taste.
Bedazzled's stylists will be on hand to offer their expert advice on picking the right dress for the occasion, and they have a seamstress to make any adjustments you may need.
Jo said: "Although school proms are held predominantly through the months of June, July and August, a lot of girls have picked and bought their dresses already.
"However, I know some girls won't have had chance having had exams recently – so we're offering a promotion to those who haven't had the time to get theirs yet.
"We are offering a 30% discount off the dresses at our Alfreton store, and there is 10% off the dresses at our Derby store.
"This offer will be valid right up until July 31 as well, so there is plenty of time."
When it comes to prom dresses, as with all fashion, there are popular trends each year – so what styles are selling fast this year?
Jo said: "There is a very obvious trend in the two-piece Bollywood-inspired dresses.
"They're still full-length prom dresses, but they are in two pieces so they show a little bit of waist.
"I'm finding that they're really quite a hot trend at the moment.
"And also, because the Cinderella film has just come out, full dresses, that haven't been as popular over the last couple of years are starting to make a bit of a comeback this year."
Jo is also looking for year 10 girls to help her choose the shop's 2016 selection of dresses.
Jo said: "I'm looking for about 12 year 10 girls to come in on a type of work experience for four Saturdays in October.
"They will be here to help select our 2016 collection.
"One of the weekends will include a trip to an event in Harrogate, where we will look at samples from different designers."
