Worker's Rights And "Right to Know"Henry RodriguezXochitl JuarezEduardo OjedaJonathan Nelson
Workers are given the right to a safe and healthful workplace environment.
Workers have the right to get training from their employers on a variety of health and safety hazards, and standards that the employer must follow.
Workers may also participate in an OSHA inspection.
Workers are also free from retaliation for exercising safety and health on the job without fear of punishment. This is stated in Section 11(c) of the OSH Act.
