Artichoke & Spinach Dip

Prep time 15 to 20 mintues


1 10 oz box frozen spinach (thawed)

1 large can artichokes

1 box cream cheese (room temperature)

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup  shredded cheddar cheese

1 Tbsp minced garlic  

2 Tbsps milk

3 chopped green onions

1 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Pre heat oven at 350

Squeeze water out of spinach as much as possible then chop artichoke and green onions . Add all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix then spray a pie plate with non stick spray. Add mixture bake for 30 mintues . Let cool before serving.

Tip - make sure cream cheese is room temperature
