100 Days to 100 Burpees
Let's try something new together. For 100 days let's try and get in a total body workout every day!
Your goal is 100 burpees each day. If you need to take out the push up, that is okay. If you need to do the burpees 10 at a time over 10 hours, that is okay. If the jump at the end is too much for you, take it out for the first few days.
Our goal is to build up strength and endurance over the 100 days so that in the end we can do 100 perfect burpees each day and we will have started a great habit for ourselves!
Keep a log of your burpee progress and see how many days it takes you to make it to your 100 full burpees!
