Two ways to say: "I am
Two ways to say I am are....
Soy = I am...
An example of "soy" is: "Yo soy Maddie"
Estoy = I am
An example of "estoy" is: Estoy cansada
And YES! It DOES MATTER What you use it for!!!!!!!
Estoy is probably better to use when, well, heres an example.
"Estoy frio" (I am cold)
"Soy alta" ( I am tall)
I usually use "Soy" when talking about myself, if i was describing me or something. I would use "Estoy" when I might describe if I'm hot or cold.
Think of at least 3 ways you can use "Estoy" in and sentence, and 2 ways you can use "Soy" in a sentence.
