I love Tea, any type and every type. It has a good taste and I'm addicted, but what I didn't know is that it could potentially kill me. All because of the added sugar that I put in it. "The risk of cardiovascular disease increases exponentially as you increase your consumption of added sugar". We all know that anything sweet probably isn't too healthy for us, but we drink it anyways, and I drink tea. Maybe I should cut down on the sugary, heavenly tasting tea.
