Donald L. Koch

Financial executive Donald L. Koch possesses more than 30 years of experience in money management. Throughout his career, he has written more than 25 publications on business economics and other money matters. Currently, Donald L. Koch functions as the CEO of Koch Asset Management in St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Koch earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois. Later, he received a master’s degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut. Additionally, he completed advance training at Harvard Business School in its Advanced Management Program.
At the start of his career, Mr. Koch worked at Connecticut Bank and Trust as a senior security analyst. After leaving Connecticut Bank and Trust, he accepted a position as chief economist at Barnett Banks, Inc., of Florida, where he worked for nearly a decade. He later joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta as a senior vice president and director of research. Mr. Koch’s next two positions before forming his own corporation were senior vice president and director of investments for the Robinson-Humphrey/American Express Company and professor of finance in graduate studies at Georgia Institute of Technology.
