Don't Gain, Maintain!
It's the most indulging time of the year! There'll be parties for hosting marshmallows for toasting, and bigger butts for us to tow. There'll be scary reflections, and tales of perfections of our bodies long, long ago.
Oh, wait, that's not how the song goes? Maybe not, but that's how our holiday season goes every year. Am I right? Not this year! I'm putting a stop to this holiday tradition. I'm not going to push you to lose weight during the holidays. Let's face it, not many people would really do what it takes to do that? So how about making a valid attempt to maintain your weight during the holidays? I mean think about how much better off you'll be on January 1, 2015! When you set out to make those New Year's Resolutions, let's make it so that you are starting from where you are now to work on your new year, new you, instead of 10 or 15 pounds heavier.
I have an amazing group of people that are committing to maintain, not gain over the holidays. We have set our minds to exercising at least 5 days a week, and going to work in the kitchen - and no, I don't mean cleaning the kitchen - since that's where 80% of the true weight loss/management is done. We are starting on December 1, 2014 and participating in a private Facebook group through January 2nd. I will be providing fitness & nutrition tips, and we will all be helping each other stay motivated and hold each other accountable throughout the holiday season.
You don't want to miss out! The group dynamic makes this so much fun. We'd love for you to join us, and help you maintain your weight this holiday season. This is a no brainer! To join us, complete the form below, and I'll send you the details.
