Remaining with the institution for his clinical training, Dr. Jamie Lewis completed an internship in internal medicine, a residency in physical medication and rehabilitation, and a fellowship in pain management with Loma Linda University and affiliated hospitals. Among his achievements were being named chief resident, guest lecturing on medical gross anatomy, and studying the success of different treatments on traumatic brain injury and on spasticity. Moreover, he participated on several double-blind, placebo-controlled studies as a pharmaceutical research subinvestigator.
