Internationally Recognized Spine Surgeon Dr. Rudolph Bertagnoli

Regarded as one of the world’s leading spine arthroplasty surgeons by many of his patients and other medical professionals, Dr. Rudolph Bertagnoli currently serves as the CEO of Pro Spine in Germany, as known as the First European Center for Spine Arthroplasty and Associated Non Fusion Technologies. Under his leadership, the center offers a wide range of surgical options, from artificial disc replacement and osteoplasty to spinal fusion and discectomy. In addition to his role at Pro Spine, Dr. Rudolph Bertagnoli teaches spine surgery to doctors from around the world and serves as the department head of several spine care clinics, including the Spine Center St. Elisabeth Clinic and the St. Wolfgang Spine Center at St. Wolfgang Clinic.

Dr. Rudolph Bertagnoli prepared for his career at the Medical School of the University of Vienna in Austria. He subsequently completed his postgraduate training at the German Center for Spine Surgery and Department of Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgery Emergency Hospital before starting his career. He first served as a supervising surgeon at the German Center for Spine Surgery and later held such positions as assistant professor for the Orthopedic University Hospital and orthopedic consultant at St. Elisabeth Clinic. Throughout his career, he has written numerous publications and obtained more than 35 patents for spinal devices.
