Industrial revolution one word summary Lauren Becker 8th hour
The industrial revolution was a transitioning period for america's technology, specifically new inventions. “This transition included going from hand production methods to machines, new chemical manufacturing and iron production processes, improved efficiency of water power, the increasing use of steam power and the development of machine tools. It also included the change from wood and other bio-fuels to coal.” Lots of improvements were made to make life easier for those who had to do things like make fabric and stuff, kinda like before computers we had to write everything out, or read books instead of googling everything we need to know. That is why the industrial revolution was a transitioning period for America's technology.
