About Dwain Dadoly

A graduate of the University of Maine, Dwain A. Dadoly has over two decades of professional experience, and previously served as the second Vice President of Smith Barney Financial Services. Dwain Dadoly is also a former board member of Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Cape Cod and the Islands, and his wife, Gwen, sits on the Board of the Cape Cod Museum of Art, the Ziterion Theater, and the Leadership Committee of the South Coast.
After earning his Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Natural Resources from the University of Maine, where he served as the House Treasurer of the Phi Eta Kappa fraternity and as a member of the university rugby team, Dwain Dadoly began his professional career as a salesman for the AB Dick Company in Manchester, New Hampshire. After selling photocopiers for a year with the AB Dick Company, Mr. Dadoly began work with Total Packaging Concepts, a firm co-founded by Mr. Dadoly’s father, Thomas, with one of his brothers.
In 1985, Dwain A. Dadoly started working at the Harry S. Peterson Company, a New Jersey-based firm that sells and installs concrete coating systems for parking garages. He then returned to Boston in 1987, and took a position as a commodity broker for Geldermann Inc., which eventually led to further positions as a financial advisor.
Dwain Dadoly has donated his time and money to numerous non-profit organizations located in the Cape Cod area, including the YMCA, Cape Cod Healthcare, the Cape Cod Baseball League, the Cape Cod Symphony, the St. Francis Xavier Preparatory School, and the Holy Trinity School. He and his wife have also donated to Horizons for the Homeless, the Salvation Army, and United Way. In his spare time, Mr. Dadoly enjoys playing golf and tennis, skiing, and running.
