Dynasty Owner: Week 7 Rankings

Manning has a shootout on deck versus the 49ers on Sunday Night Primetime

1 Peyton Manning DEN vs. SF: A shootout on deck for Sunday Night Primetime - Manning is unstoppable at home.

2 Aaron Rodgers GB vs. CAR:  The Packers running game has been non-existent.  Expect Rodgers to lean heavily on the passing game against a marginal secondary.

3 Andrew Luck IND vs. CIN:  Cinci's defense has been vulnerable the last two games and Luck has been on fire.

4 Philip Rivers SD vs. KC:  No QB has been more efficient or consistent this season, but KC has a stingy defense, especially at home. Remember they started the 'Tom Brady is done' discussion.

5 Jay Cutler CHI vs. MIA:  Cutler is erratic and turnover prone, but almost always ends the game with big passing numbers regardless of the type of game it is.

6 Tom Brady NE vs. NYJ:  Brady has a juicy matchup vs a banged up secondary, look for him to rely on underneath passes early and often.

7 Cam Newton CAR at GB:  Newton getting healthy and CAR opponents now having to deal with the duel threat of his arm and legs.  He had a monster showing last week.

8 Russell Wilson SEA at STL: Wilson  might be killing clock in the second half but he should feast before that point, especially against a defensive line that struggles against mobile QBs.

9 Drew Brees NO at DET:  Jimmy Graham will play, albeit in a limited capacity.  That's good news for Brees owners.

Tier 2

10 Colin Kaepernick SF at DEN:  Conventional wisdom says Kaepernick will have to throw it a lot tonight to keep pace with Peyton.  He could easily be the highest scoring QB this week.

11 Matthew Stafford DET vs. NO:  Stafford has been a huge disappointment from a fantasy perspective but the Saints secondary has been burned all year.  If he can't have a big day today it's officially time to worry.

12 Tony Romo DAL vs. NYG:  The Giants are very vulnerable in the passing game, especially against big play WRs like Williams and Bryant.

13 Joe Flacco BAL vs. ATL:  Nobody expects the 5 TD game Flacco turned in last week, but the Ravens passing game is clicking and ATL has a horrible secondary.

14 Matt Ryan ATL at BAL:  As has been the case for most of the season, Ryan will be throwing it in the 2nd half to play catchup.  That's good news for your fantasy QB.

15 Carson Palmer ARI at OAK:  Palmer has a juicy matchup and a surprisingly effective WR corps.

16 Ben Roethlisberger PIT vs. HOU:  Another potential shootout on MNF, Hou just got abused by TY Hilton last week.  Antonio Brown should be in for a big day, and Big Ben will get part of that.

17 Kirk Cousins WAS vs. TEN:  Possibly Cousins final game as a starter, Tennessee should do what they've done all year - yield big games to even marginal QBs.

18 Eli Manning NYG at DAL:  Which Eli will show up this week?  Total crap shoot but one things for sure - he's had big games against Dallas recently and will need to this week to keep pace.

19 Andy Dalton CIN at IND:  Another case of a QB who will likely have to throw it often to keep pace with Luck and the colts.  Dalton is a good bet to top 300 yards this week.

20 Brian Hoyer CLE at JAC: Hoyer has a great matchup and has been very underrated this year - but their running game is strong too so he could be handing the ball off for much of the game. Jacksonville can't stop the pass or the run.

Tier 3

21 Ryan Tannehill MIA at CHI

22 Alex Smith KC at SD

23 Derek Carr OAK vs. ARI

24 Kyle Orton BUF vs. MIN

25 Blake Bortles JAC vs. CLE

26 Jake Locker TEN at WAS

27 Teddy Bridgewater MIN at BUF

28 Ryan Fitzpatrick HOU at PIT

29 Charlie Whitehurst TEN at WAS

30 Geno Smith NYJ at NE

31 Austin Davis STL vs. SEA

Murray has been the number 1 RB so far in fantasy - but his excessive workload has been the talk of many the last week.

Tier 1

1 DeMarco Murray DAL vs. NYG:  Will this be the week Murray slows down (or the Cowboys ease his workload?).  We keep speculating and it hasn't happened yet.

2 Matt Forte CHI vs. MIA:  As dangerous a WR as he is an RB, a true threat to run for and catch 100 yards each week.

3 Arian Foster HOU at PIT:  Foster has looked incredible, gliding through defenses who are stacking the box.  The Steelers once stout Defense is very vulnerable.

4 Jamaal Charles KC at SD:   Expect a well rested Charles to be heavily involved in the passing game as well.

5 Le'Veon Bell PIT vs. HOU:  Bell has been quiet the past few weeks and hasn't scored a TD since week 1.  We believe the Steelers are going to change that trend this week.

6 Andre Ellington ARI at OAK:  The Raiders will have nobody who can matchup with Ellington this week.  Expect a few big plays from the dynamic back.

7 Marshawn Lynch SEA at STL:  Turmoil in SEA this week, Lynch was reportedly livid with the Harvin trade.  That could mean Seattle gives him some extra carries to appease him.

8 Giovani Bernard CIN at IND: Should do more damage as a pass-catching threat out of the backfield, especially with Green out again.

Antonio Brown has a juicy matchup vs the Texans secondary that got torched by TY Hilton last week.

Tier 1

1 Antonio Brown PIT vs. HOU:  Ty Hilton showed last week that the Texans have no idea how to contain explosive WRs.

2 Jordy Nelson GB vs. CAR: Should do his usual damage - 100yars + 1TD in what figures to be a high scoring affair.

3 Demaryius Thomas DEN vs. SF:  The highest scoring WR in the last several weeks, Thomas is going to feast on a weakened SF secondary.

4 Julio Jones ATL at BAL:  Has not had a single game where he's had under 10 targets.

5 Brandon Marshall CHI vs. MIA:  Marshall is the type of player who destroys former teams, expect a huge day from Marshall.

6 Dez Bryant DAL vs. NYG:  Bryant usually saves his best games for the Giants.

7 Randall Cobb GB vs. CAR: Carolina is particularly vulnerable to number 2 WRs on high octane teams.  They gave up a TD to Brandon Tate of the Bengals last week, Cobb should have no problem finding the end-zone.

8 Alshon Jeffery CHI vs. MIA:  The bears are unguardable in the red-zone and Jeffery seems to be the first option inside the 20.

9 Steve Smith BAL vs. ATL:  Even on weeks where Torrey Smith is heavily involved, Steve Smith is still going to get his.

10 Mohamed Sanu CIN at IND: The Bengals number 1 WR option who will likely see double digit targets again in Green's absence.
