Remember that to fulfill your hours in Phys-ed 10: you must try at least two of these activities, log a minimum of 7 hours, and make sure ALL activity is under the supervision of a qualified adult.

Suggested Activities:

badminton / hockey / handball / basketball / ringette / tennis / bowling / rugby / volleyball / football / curling/ soccer / softball / baseball

Sportsmanship is KEY!

The best part of being active with most of  these options is you can do them with minimal equipment, on your own and usually anywhere. Love being with others well ask a friend/friends or family to join you. Being active with others makes you more accountable and can help you achieve your SMART goals.
