Should Race Matter?

This amendment was enforced around 1868.
It states that no matter what color you are you can vote.
The amendment also stated that even if you were a slave you could vote.
The last thing it stated was that Congress could enforce these laws.
This helped anyone that wasn't being heard. (slaves mainly)
