Upper Body Strength

Upper body strength targets  the chest, back, shoulders and arms. The equipment you use for upper body strength is a barbell, various weighted dumbbells, an exercise ball and a step or platform. You want heavy weights but not to heavy to where you cant complete your workout without hurting yourself.

Lower Body Strength

Lower body strength includes your calfs and thighs here are some examples of lower body strength exercises.
