  • Check for spelling, grammar, and punctuation before sending an email if you don't you may have typed something wrong and they won't understand what you said in your email.
  • Take care of rich text and HTML messages because they will receive your your email as txt. attachment.
  • Do not use email to discuss confidential information because someone can take something personal and wouldn't know if you were joking or not.
  • Do not forward chain letters because they most of them are hoaxes and they can lead to viruses.
  • Put your information so they know who's it coming from. (Grade, Name, Period, Class)
