Self esteem is the biggest 8th grade challenge
My opinion is that self esteem is one of the biggest challenges for 8th graders. A good definition of self esteem is "Self-esteem is made up of the thoughts, feelings, and opinions we have about ourselves," says teenshealth.org. Self esteem can make you or break you. For instance, if you are very negative towards yourself it can lead to things like suicide and eating disorders. If you are positive about yourself, You will make good grades, stay healthy, and get to do fun things.
