Advice and Graditude

My advice for people who are depressed or feeling down is to cheer up and do something you like doing or enjoy. Also never give up,  Challenge yourself and keep on trying and to always think positive and always make sure to have hope in yourself

Five things I'm grateful for:

1. My parents who are always there for me and have gave me everything since I was born

2. My siblings who crack me up and protect me.

3. I'm very thankful for having a home where to live with my family

4. My teachers who help me all the time and for teaching me important things

5. I'm thankful for all my friends and family who help me and everything and are always there to listen to me and for motivating me all the time
