What Chlorine does
It helps control stomatal openings (water balance inside the plant) Also it prevents fungal infections in plants. ***it is not needed if the plant is healthy it serves as more of a last resort to save the plant
Where Chlorine comes from
Chlorine is human made or plants can get it from many types of sedimentary rocks.
Signs of Deficiency
Plants that need chlorine will start to wilt and the edges will turn brown. It also might form light colored spots.
It's recommended that you get regular fertilizer and mix in chlorine. Be very careful! Too much will kill you plant and only fertilize with it if you are sure your plant needs it!
