Join us for our first Edible Thursday--a curated salt tasting that will explore regional distinctions and culinary applications of this deceivingly simple white spice.
Kelli Hanley Potts from the Agrarian Collective will guide you through a tour of more than a dozen salt varietals highlighted with tasting notes by Chef Ben Bebenroth and samples from Urban Herbs.
Like wine, salt in its many forms, is best enjoyed when paired with the right foods which is where our host Spice Kitchen and Bar to comes in. Sip on a complimentary ‘salty’ cocktail, snack on an array of delicious appetizers paired for each variety of salt, and mingle with your fellow salt tasters.
