Edmond M. Ianni has many years of experience with public and private companies in the State of Delaware and globally, as a business executive, investment banker and attorney. Edmond Ianni serves as a senior strategist consultant for an international consulting firm and has served as chairman of the Delaware bar’s Corporate Counsel Section and International Law Section. A former Fortune 500 investment banker and academic journal editor-in-chief, Ed Ianni served as in-house corporate counsel with a Fortune 500 international business following private practice with Global 10 law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom.
Edmond Ianni has authored numerous articles on business, financial, risk management and legal topics, with particular expertise in transactional and regulatory matters and Delaware and federal law. A frequent conference speaker, Edmond Ianni has also undertaken leadership roles as chief strategy officer and senior vice president with Millennium Wealth Management in Wilmington ($3.5 billion) and as director of strategic development for the State of Delaware DOI. Managing director of EMI Strategic Capital, Ed Ianni has led American Bar Association and other industry programs on enterprise risk and capital management and has provided educational leadership to professional groups.
