Ten Mile Walk/Run Today 4 Points!

Weight Lifting Class at YMCA

I took a weight lifting class at the YMCA. It was 30 minutes long, and I did it to get my weight lifting badge. This class is very good because you learn how to be safe and responsible while handling equipment. I would suggest this to anybody who would be in football, because it's important to physical strength.

Playing Backyard Football: 1 point

In the game of backyard football, you can have as many players as you feel like. You also need a football field that can be created very easily. After that you just play football with the rules you created and have fun.
