Pinnacle-a high, pointed piece of rock.


mortality-the state of being subject to death.

finite-having limits or bounds.

Billowing-fill with air and swell outward.

corset-a woman's tightly fitting undergarment extending from below the chest to the hips, worn to shape the figure.

asserting-state a fact or belief confidently and forcefully.

waylaid-stop or interrupt someone and detain them in conversation or trouble them in some other way

budges-To alter a position or attitude

dubious-hesitating or doubting.

dispense-distribute or provide a service or information to a number of people.

suppress-forcibly put an end to.

Validate-check or prove the validity or accuracy of something.

upbraid-find fault with (someone)
