things i did in meditation

The things I did in medatation was we sat and relaxed and took deep breaths, the next thing I did was relaxed and said umm. , the next thing I did was a sleeping medatation and I fell asleep.

I felt good about meditation before it started and I thought that it was going to be good. During the meditation I was feeling good and was relaxed and calm. I think that I would do it again on my own because it was relaxing and fun and I stayed calm.


meditation - Meditation is siting calm and being relaxed.

mantra - Mantra is a sound that you make in meditation.

deep breathing - Deep breathing is when you inhale and exhale big breaths.
