Is evil inherent in human nature? That is, are some people just "born evil," or is evil caused by circumstance or environment?

Evil is caused by circumstance and the environment simply because you can not be born evil. You have to be influenced by evil in order to become evil. Take Osama Bin Laden, for example. He was the mastermind behind the 9/11 terrorists attacks. Although this action was quite bad and you would think he's been doing terrible stuff since the start, he hasn't been that way. Osama could've been influenced by his religions and other's beliefs. Another example is Joseph Stalin. Stalin was a dictator between 1878-1953 of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, and he ruled by terror. An ample amount of people died during his brutal reign. Once again, he was influenced to act like this. Joseph was not born and just decided that he would like to be evil. That's invalid. Therefore, you have to be badly influenced in order to remain evil.
