Black bean & Corn Dip

Prep & cook time 40 minutes

Ingredients


1 8oz cream cheese (room temperature)

1/2 cup sour cream

1 cup fresh corn

1 can black bean (drained)

1 Tbsp minced garlic

1 Tbsp taco seasoning

1 tsp fresh parsley

3 chopped green onions

5 Tbsp green mexican salsa

1 tsp black pepper

1/2  tsp salt

1/2 cup mexican style shredded cheese

Pre heat oven at 350

Cream together cream cheese , sour cream , garlic , taco seasoning , parsley , salsa , pepper and salt . Then add the rest of the ingredients. When well combined spray a pie plate with non stick spray . Add mixture to pie plate.  Bake for 30 mintues. Let cool for at least 20 mintues . Serve with tortilla chips. This recipe is also good at room temperature .
