Teen suicide happens, and there is a reason it does. Suicide is the third-leading cause of death for 15- to 24-year-old's, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The risk of suicide increases dramatically when kids and teens have access to firearms at home, and nearly 60% of all suicides in the United States are committed with a gun.The third leading cause of death of students 15-24 is suicide. Suicide is the fourth leading cause of death for children between the ages of 10 and 14.
So, depression can happen everyday to anyone. It doesn't matter their race, religion, or their ethnic group. The words say can hurt anyone. There's always another way out. There are helps lines you can call. You can talk to a friend. You're never alone there are people out there who care. There are people who will miss you. So your not just hurting yourself your hurting the people around you to.
