Impact Towards the Bill of Rights
Thomas Jefferson was one of the 13 delegates who gathered in the Pennsylvania State House to form the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Even though he was neither Federalist or Anti-federalist, Jefferson believed that having a Bill of Rights would be better for the society. According to Thomas Jefferson, the Bill of Rights would help build confidence among the people and sustain peace between the citizens and the government.
