Your Assignment!

The most important aspect of physical education is teaching students the value of being healthy and physically fit, as well as how to achieve those levels of health and fitness. Each year, the 4th and 5th graders complete a number of fitness tests to measure their levels of fitness. Your assignment is to create a short video demonstrating ONE of the fitness tests, state what fitness component it pertains to, and explain how to correctly complete it. Along with this, include a few strategies students could use to prepare for the given fitness test (i.e. cardiovascular training/activities).
