What is a business?

A business also known as a enterprise or a firm, is a organisation involved in trade of goods, services, or both to consumers.

A customer is someone who buys goods or services a shop.

Someone who supplies or gives items or goods to help another person run their business.

A person who purchases goods and services for personal use.

What is Market Research?

Market research is a key part of developing your marketing strategy. It's about collecting information to give you an insight into your customers' mind so that you understand what they want, how they gather information and where they come from.

What is a primary research?

Primary research is any type of research that you go out and collect yourself. Examples include surveys, interviews, observations, and ethnographic research. A good researcher knows how to use bothprimary and secondary sources in her writing and to integrate them in a cohesive fashion.

By far the most widely used method for collecting data is through secondary data collection, commonly called secondary research.
