Debt Restructuring

*ARRA funding includes $122 Million for IRS, $6 Million for FMS and $3 Million for DO.

**In both FY 2009 and FY 2010, the Administration proposed a permanent cancellation of a portion of the Fund's unobligated balances.

In both of these years, Congress enacted appropriations legislation that made the rescissions temporary.

The budget is 13.9 billion dollars of spending.

If I were in charge of how much money to give to Department of Treasury, I would give more money to them for spending. I think this because they help make more jobs and so if we gave them a little more money, they could spend it on creating more jobs witch can lead to maybe cut some our nations debt. Im not saying its going to take away 16 trillion dollars but it could help at least a little.
