To maximize the profit there should be no peppers left over. I found that the point (200,0) would maximize the profit. You would have too sell 200 bottles of Red Hot Sauce to maximize the profit.

Determining the selling price

The cost of producing one pint of Red Hot Sauce is $6.56, the price of producing one pint of Scotching Hot Sauce is $6.79. To maintain a profit of $1.20 on Red Hot Sauce you would have to sell one pint for $7.76. To maintain a profit of $1.00 on Scotching Hot Sauce you would have to sell one pint for $7.79
