Tropical Rain Forest
I am about to tell everything toy want to know and more about the TROPICAL RAIN FOREST. For example how much it takes up of the world, where some are located, some animals that live in it, and a whole lot more.
Many kinds of animals live in the TROPICAL RAIN FOREST. many different breeds and species. The most common species is reptiles. so, snakes, lizards, and salamanders. But more than that live there. A lot of tigers and more mammals live there. It also holds much of the bird population.
The climate as you would know is rainy. It stays pretty warm or else it wouldn't rain. if it gets under 32 degrees it would freeze everything. Most of the animals are adapted to all the rain. It gets about 50 to 260 inches of rainfall every year.
There are more plants in the Tropical Rain Forest than anywhere on the earth. Scientists discover a new species of plants all the time. But most of the plants don't need much sunlight because the leaves on trees above them block all of the sunlight that needs to go to the plants. Some of the plants are vines, ferns, many different kinds of trees, and much much more.
Where are They Located?
Most of the Tropical Rain Forest's are located in central America, in the Amazon River Basin, many places in Africa, and Indonesia. Many fores's that it rains a lot isn't considered a Tropical rain forest. It is just a small forest that it rain a lot in.
The tropical rain forest is an interesting biome to talk about. There is a lot to talk about that is pertaining to the tropical rain forest. Many plants are poisonous so you need to know what you are talking about before you go to live off the land. there are many dangerous animals in the wild. Here is three tips on how to survive.
