Preventing food poisioning can be easy if you follow all the guide lines without fail. Cook poultry, ground beef, and eggs thoroughly. Do not eat or drink foods containing raw eggs, or raw (unpasteurized) milk.
Of the Salmonella outbreaks that occurred from 1985 through 1999, five hundred and twenty-two or sixty two percent have been from food prepared at commercial food establishments restaurants, caterers, delicatessens, bakeries, cafeteria, or markets.
