Cash Flow- Total Receipts
For the total receipts, you add up all the receipts, and put your answer in the box, for example in this chart you add up the money from other sources and the sales revenue.
Cash Flow- Total Payments
In this row you add up the columns, which are the payments this is all the payments which are made in the business including the bills of electricity . In this chart you add up the wages of the staff, electricity, advertising, phone and the raw materials.
Cash Flow- Net Cash Flow
In this box you take away the total receipts and the total payments.
Cash Flow- Opening balance and Closing balance
In these two rows the opening balance is what is left over in the previous month which is the closing balance, then for the closing balance you add up the opening blance and the net payment.
