Understanding Customer needs

To be successful in business, you have to know what the customer wants. In return your customers will purchase your products and if you're lucky enough they will be loyal yo your product and company. Your product has to have good quality, what's the point in buying a product that's not going to last. It has to be convenient, you'd want to buy something that's useful for your purpose. that's also what the customer wants, it want a product that it needs. You'd want to have a range of choices, so when they have had enough of one type of product there will be more to buy. That is where customer loyalty comes in, if they like your product they will want more, so give them a range of products to choose from. All products aren't perfect, also you can't please everybody, but there is one way you can improve. Ask your customers, this gives you a chance to develop your products.
