With more than 20 years of industry experience, Farryn Melton has distinguished herself as a leader and procurement professional. She has held key management roles at numerous Fortune 100 companies in areas as varied as space and defense, consumer products, health care, and entertainment. Farryn Melton is a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) for life and has taken part in professional trainings in Management, Negotiations, and Contract Management. A recipient of the Rising Star Award given by the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association, Farryn Melton has led the renovation of several procurement organizations to rise to the “best in class” category. In 2004, Farryn Melton also received the Institute of Supply Management (ISM) of New Jersey’s 2004 Crystal Award for Purchasing Executive of the Year. In 2001, Farryn Melton was listed in the International Who’s Who.

Farryn Melton is also interested in groups and forums discussing topics related to diversity and women in business such as the Diversity Alliance for Science and the National Association of Women Business Owners.

When Farryn Melton is not at work, she likes to lift weights, take kickboxing classes, and spend time reading. As an active member of her church community, Farryn Melton has taught Sunday school classes to young children.
