Exercise

FEEL THE BURN!!!

Exercising is a beneficial part of our daily life. Without it we will not function as properly as we would with it, even with the other simple necessities such as: Good posture, shoes with support and is comfortable, good personal hygiene, rest, diet, etc.  Exercising vigorously 3 times a week, or slightly 5 days a week for 30 minutes to an hour a day will help improve your physical appearance and help prevent insomnia.
