1. You need to read your emails out loud to yourself to make sure it sounds okay because if you don't and something sounds bad you can't take it back.

2.Be careful about your Capitalization so you are not misunderstood it could sound like you are yelling at them.

3.Don't forward things because it could be spam and that would put a virus in your computer.

4.To make a proper email include your full name so the person you are talking to knows who it is.

5.Use your manners, like you would if you were talking to them in person.

6.Tell them exactly what you mean so they don't get mixed up and take it the wrong way.

7.Use emoticons so people get what you are saying a little more.
