Definition- a form of government with a monarch at the head
1. Because there is only one person at the head decisions are made quickly and there is little no argument.
2. Countries that have a monarchy have less corruption. The monarch knows that it is not a term period so they have no list for money.

2. The monarch knows they cannot be kicked out so they take the people's betterment less seriously.
