Motivation is to be continually interested and committed to a job, role or subject, or to make an effort to attain a goal.

Job Enlargement-job enlargement is when a person makes the job bigger this can motivate people to try harder.

Job Empowerment- job empowerment is when a person gives the over person power to make their own decisions this can motivate the worker.

Job Rotation- Job rotation is when people rotate round the job they swap jobs this motivates people because they get to try new things and different roles.

Job Enrichment- Job enrichment is when the boss makes the employees job more interesting for them.

Teamwork- when everyone works together as a team this can also motivate people because some people may work better as a team.
