About Franklin Joseph Bullock
Lt. Franklin Joseph Bullock has been a member of the United States Coast Guard for 15 years. Since attending basic training in Cape May, New Jersey, he has traveled around the world and risen to the rank of Lieutenant. His current responsibilities include assisting in the Waterways Management Branch of US Coast Guard Sector Honolulu. In this capacity, Lt. Franklin Joseph Bullock has been assigned to the Hawaiian Islands since July of 2011.
Lt. Bullock has previously served as the Assistant Maritime Security Advisor for US Forces-Iraq as well as Logistics Coordinator for USCG PACE, the Port Advisory Coordination Element, responsible for implementing international port security initiatives for all ports within Iraq. His military decorations include an Army Achievement Medal, two Coast Guard Commendation Medal, two Iraqi Campaign Medals, two Volunteer Service Medals, and four Coast Guard Achievement Medals. In addition to his military service, Lt. Bullock spends time working on Habitat for Humanity projects and supports crisis intervention and recovery by volunteering to answer phone calls for non-profit organizations when others call in need of assistance.
