About Frank Torre, Michigan

A member of the Building Owners & Managers Association, Frank Torre is the founder and owner of Torre & Bruglio, Inc., a landscape and horticultural contractor with a diversity of project experience nationwide. Among other projects, the Michigan-based company has worked on jobs for clients such as the Michigan State Fair, Chrysler, the Village of Rochester, the Detroit Zoo, and the Detroit Metropolitan Airport. In addition, Frank Torre worked closely with local government committees in installing a major promenade along the Detroit River as part of the city’s beautification program.

Apart from leading his company, Frank Torre is actively involved with a number of civic and charitable organizations in and around his community. These include Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit, which he served as chairman of the board and helped to raise millions of dollars in funding. In addition, the governor appointed him a board member of the Michigan Natural Resources Trust, and he sat on the boards of the Detroit Urban League and Detroit Downtown, Inc.
