Clean Eating Group!

80% of what we are trying to accomplish in weight loss/maintenance is achieved in the I don't mean cleaning the kitchen! I mean clean eating. My first experience with clean eating was when I did the Beachbody Ultimate Reset in May/June 2013. 21 days of clean eating recipes in the nutrition guide and the supplements that came with the program, and there was 12 pounds less of me! I only weighed 149 to begin with, so there wasn't a whole lot to lose, and I was extremely challenged when I wanted to lose a simple 5 pounds with exercise and "eating healthy" before going on a vacation. Clean eating was a game changer. I was rarely able to get below 145 pounds with exercise and what I called eating healthy (fruits, vegetables, lean meats, salads no fast food, etc.). But my first go round with clean eating landed me at 137 pounds without exercise! Not only did I look better, I felt better physically, mentally and emotionally.
