DIRECTIONS

  • 1) Add the olive oil to a preheated pan
  • 2) Add the onion and fry the onion rings until they become nicely brown
  • 3) Add the eggs and slightly reduce the heat
  • 4) Continuously stir the eggs until they begin the take a solid shape
  • 5) Slightly reduce the heat and add the herbs, along with the cheese, salt and pepper, and cook it for about 2 minutes before it’s ready.
