Buddhism was founded 2,500 years ago. Buddhism was started by Siddhartha Gautama. The religion practice are Theravada, which spreads to Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Thailand, Cambodia and Laos, and Mahayana, which spreads to Nepal, Vietnam, China, Korea, and Japan. They believe in the Four Noble Truths which are: that humans have a lot of suffering, the cause of suffering is greed, there is an end to suffering, and the way to end suffering is to follow the Middle Path. There is no God in Buddhism. Buddhism is a ethnic group because they don't have and they don't worship a God.
