Grutter vs. Bollinger

In 1997, Barbara Grutter a white resident of Michigan got in Law school. Grutter applied with a 3.8 under graduated GPA and an LSAT score of 161. Grutter got denied admission. Then they got the "plus factor " in the states interest.
Bollinger became Columbia University’s nineteenth president in 2002 and is the longest holding Ivy League president. On April 1st, 2003 the U.S supreme court ruled that the consideration of race didn't violate the 14th amendment and the affirmative action was necessary.
