Week 1 Challenge from Simplify by Bill Hybels:

1) Understand/identify why you are depleted.

2) Determine who God is asking you to become.

3) Evaluate your weekly schedule through the lens of what kind of person you want to become.

4) Design a custom replenishment plan referring to the 5  replenishment streams:

     Connection with God, Family, Satisfying Work, Recreation, Exercise

5) Invite God 's input by asking Him to show you how each of your commitments/involvements will move you closer to the person you want to become.
