Indians Qualify for State

On Oct. 20, 2016 the Indian cross country teams travelled to Orange City to compete in the regional cross country meet. The girls team finished first at the meet with 67 points. With this victory, the girls qualified for the state meet at Fort Dodge on October 29, 2016. Grace Meyer lead the Indians finishing third in a field of 93 participants. She was followed by Vonnahme (6),

Faith Meyer (9), Ruffridge (14), Berte (25), Duitscher (45), and Sommerlot (56). The Indians finished ahead of Okoboji (86 points) and Western Christian (168 points). The Indians return to the 2A field after qualifying last season, and qualifying the two previous season as part of the 1A field. Join the team and cheer them on at the state meet. Good luck Indians!
